When requesting utility service termination, please notify the Utility Billing Department at (614) 901-6430 two to three working days before you want your service to end. Our customer service representative will obtain final meter readings from which your final charges will be calculated.

1. Account holder name, utility account number and Social Security number or date/amount of last payment
2. Address where utilities have been provided
3. Name of landlord or owner
4. Forwarding address for mailing of the final bill
5. Termination date for utility services
