A cash or surety bond is required to cancel an active warrant. Bonds may be posted at the Clerk of Court’s Office, located at 229 Huber Village Blvd., between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., and after hours and on the weekends at the Westerville Division of Police located at 229 Huber Village Blvd. To determine the amount of bond required, contact the Clerk of Court’s office at (614) 901-6419 or after hours you may call the Division of Police at (614) 901-6790.

Acceptable forms of payment when posting bond at the Clerk of Court office are cash, Mastercard/Visa (cardholder must be present to sign). When posting bond after hours at the Police Department, you must pay the exact amount in cash only. No personal checks are accepted. Photo identification is required to post bond.
