VISION

To serve and empower all people, both in our organization and the community at large, and ensure that service remains accessible, responsive, and inclusive for a thriving, sustainable, and connected City of Westerville.

MISSION

To facilitate a culture where diversity, equity and inclusion are respected and intentionally valued by implementing thoughtful and innovative strategies in policy and organizational processes.
