The purpose of the Westerville Mayor’s Court is to provide the community with a local judicial forum to rule on misdemeanor cases that are alleged to be in violation of the Westerville Codified Ordinances. Any questions or concerns should be sent via email to clerkofcourt@westerville.org.
Mayor’s Court is scheduled the first and third Wednesday of the month at 9:00am.
The City of Westerville Mayor's Court complies with ADA and will make special accommodations upon request.

EXPUNGEMENT/SEALING OF THE RECORD: To apply for a sealing, please contact the Clerk of Court via email at clerkofcourt@westerville.org or phone (614) 901-6416. Sealings are handled by appointment only.
WARRANTS: If you have an outstanding warrant and would like to resolve your case, you can be added on to the docket on the first and third Wednesday of the month. You must arrive at 8:00am to be added on to the docket. You can also post bond or make payout 24 hours a day at the police department.
