Please call (614) 901-6430 or visit the Utility Billing Department at 64 East Walnut Street to establish a billing account and receive important information regarding the utility services provided at your location.  A deposit will be required for residential or commercial consumers who rent or lease the premises in which electric service is provided.  The deposit may be waived if the consumer has a history of no credit infractions with the City of Westerville or as evidenced with a recent credit history report from another utility.

Please have the following information available when calling to establish utility services:

1. Address where utilities will be provided
2. Account holder name and address where bills are to be mailed
3. Social Security or Tax ID number
4. Phone number
5. E-mail address
6. Name of landlord or owner
7. Start date for utility services
