PC 2024-20: Request for conditional use permit approval (with variances) to operate an auto repair facility in an existing 3,600 sq. ft. building on .39 acres in the Industrial District.

PC 2024-21: Request for conditional use permit approval (with variances) for an electronic message board on 3.19 acres in the R-1 Single-Family District.
- Location: 100 E. Schrock Rd.
- Applicant: Rebecca Green
