Provided on this page are a variety of Planning and Development Department application forms and guides. Some of the applications pertain to administrative approvals (e.g., building permit), while others require board review (e.g., rezoning). Typically an application consists of a fee, the form, and supporting materials, although each division has different submittal requirements.
It is recommended that you contact staff prior to undertaking any project so as to avoid unnecessary delays or difficulties. Call (614) 901-6650 to talk to either the Building, Planning, or Engineering Divisions.
