| At 8:01 a.m., on December 7, 1941, the U.S.S. Utah was struck by Japanese bombers as their attack on Pearl Harbor commenced. Less than fifteen minutes later the ship capsized. To the present day she remains where she went down, now the final resting place for 54 of her crew. |
