Employees have an additional benefit called an Employee Assistance Program (EAP). Your EAP is confidentially provided to you through UnitedHealthcare. Optum will provide a wide range of counseling services for you and your family. Such counseling services include: work stress, marital and family problems, financial concerns, alcohol and drug use among many others.
