Due to the COVID-19 virus and the pandemic's impact on the recycling industry, this program has been suspended with no scheduled restart date.

Should you need to recycle an appliance, please do so properly and responsibly.  The environment thanks you!  Options include:

• Contacting Rumpke HERE.  Freon containing appliances require special handling procedures prior to pick-up.  Please complete Rumpke's REFRIGERANT RECOVERY STATEMENT and contact the company for more information. 
• If replacing your appliance, consider hiring the company that sold you your new appliance to remove and dispose of your older appliance.  
• Select a vendor or organization from THIS list of possible recyclers or disposers (provided by SWACO).  There are local non-profit organizations that may accept your appliance.

Note:  Refrigerators and freezers will not be collected if simply left on a curb for trash pick-up.
