In the spirit of the homemade boat race, participants will have aquatic fun in this poolside event. Together with your team of four, you will be given 40 minutes to create a water raft from various materials provided by the Westerville Parks and Recreation staff including inflatable rafts, kickboards, spatulas, toilet plungers and more. At the end of the build time, teams will then be judged on the creativity of their raft design. The final leg of the challenge will be a relay race to determine the Floatilla Fiesta Champions! Prizes will be awarded for both the most creative raft and the winner of the relay race. This program must have a minimum of two teams registered by May 1.
