Snowflake Castle registration begins Wednesday, November 1 with a NEW online process. Residents and Non-residents will need to sign up for the event on separate dates listed below. Tickets may be purchased on the City website at www.westerville.org/registration. 

Resident-Only Online Registration
Wednesday, November 1 at 12 p.m.

Non-Resident Online Registration
Friday, November 3 = at 12 p.m.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Whether you are a resident or non-resident, when you go to purchase tickets at www.westerville.org/registration, you must first log into the system and then click the Snowflake Castle image on the homepage to be re-directed to ticket options.

If you are a Westerville resident and plan to purchase tickets, please make sure you have already created an online account at www.westerville.org/registration and have shown proof of residency this year before Wednesday, November 1. 

Westerville residents must show proof of residency each year to be considered a “resident” in the system. To verify residency, you can present a copy of your current driver’s license, Westerville utility bill or a pay stub that shows someone in your household works full-time in the corporate city limits. This can be emailed to parksandrec@westerville.org or shown at the Westerville Community Center or Senior Center front desk.

Please note there is a limit of six tickets per household. Reservations are required for each child building a toy. Children must be accompanied by an adult and all participants must present a receipt to obtain entrance. 

Daycare and Preschool groups that wish to visit will have an opportunity on Friday, December 1 only. Please call (614) 901-6511 on Wednesday, November 1 to reserve your time slot.
