SUP Fitness offers yoga-inspired fitness on high quality paddleboards designed especially for the pool. This water class creates a peaceful atmosphere yet challenges your balance in an entirely different way. The practice begins with gentle flow then moves to balancing opposes to improve flexibility and strength. This class can be adjusted for all ages, fitness levels and is meant to be joyful and fun. Note: S.U.P. fitness in the pool doesn’t require you to get wet.
