The American Legion Memorial Day March will form at the parking lot behind and north of City Hall at 9:45 a.m. The route of the march will be from the intersection of W. College Ave and N. State St. to Otterbein Cemetery by way of State St., Bishop Dr., and Knox St.
The parade will end at approximately 10:20 a.m. at Otterbein Cemetery, ceremonies will follow.
