This art event is open to public, private and homeschooled 3rd - 5th grade students in Westerville. Entry form and rules are available at www.westerville.org/urbanforestry or you can pick up a packet at the Community Center Front Desk, 350 N. Cleveland Ave. Packets will be available beginning Monday, Dec 12, 2016. Entries accepted Jan 2 - Apr 12, 2017.
