The Westerville Parks & Recreation Department has hit a major milestone - 50 years of serving the community! Join the City and local community partners for our 50th Anniversary Celebration on Thursday, September 15 from 6-8 p.m. at Alum Creek Park North. This family-friendly event will feature food, fun and, of course, birthday cake! 

The evening will officially kick off at 6:15 p.m. on the amphitheater stage with a ceremonial "Happy Birthday" song followed by carnival games, face painting, live music, free hot dogs and more throughout the park. 

Attendees will also get a chance to learn about the history of Parks and Recreation in Westerville and plans for the future.
