In observance of Memorial Day, City Offices will be closed May 25.

The Westerville Community Center will be open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. with open swim from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.

Highlands Park Aquatic Center will be open from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. as well.
