Join Franklin Soil and Water Conservation District and The Westerville Shade Tree Commission for The Home Landscape Seminar and Rain Barrel Workshop. Residents will have an opportunity to learn about rain barrels, watch green-themed presentations, talk to local green industry vendors, enjoy a kids activity and receive a $50.00 rebate certificate while supplies last.
