The Planning and Development Department is responsible for all aspects of development of the physical environment within the City of Westerville.

The department consists of the following Divisions which through the development review process ensure that changes to the physical environment conform to adopted plans, laws, policies, professional standards, community expectations and Board or Commission approvals.

The City of Westerville will manage and make available public records in accordance with all applicable laws, ordinances, and the City Records Retention schedule.

Snowflake Castle - SOLD OUT

Santa and his elves have been very busy preparing toys at the North Pole for the annual Snowflake Castle!

Stop by Santa's Workshop and visit with his elves to make your very own wooden toy to paint and take home. Stroll through the Homestead and visit with Santa and Mrs. Claus to have your picture taken. Don't forget to check out Santa's sleigh and the gift shop. Be sure to visit the holiday craft area, located at the entrance of Snowflake Castle.

*Tickets are not required to visit and purchase items from the craft area. Tickets are required for each child who would like to build a toy. Adults do not need a ticket. However, there is a limit of only two (2) adults per ticketed child at the event. A receipt is required for entry to the event.

Saturday: 9-11:30 a.m. | 4-7:30 a.m.
