The Planning and Development Department is responsible for all aspects of development of the physical environment within the City of Westerville.

The department consists of the following Divisions which through the development review process ensure that changes to the physical environment conform to adopted plans, laws, policies, professional standards, community expectations and Board or Commission approvals.

The City of Westerville will manage and make available public records in accordance with all applicable laws, ordinances, and the City Records Retention schedule.

Fill-a-Cruiser

Help neighbors in need with the Westerville Division of Police's (WPD) "Fill-a-Cruiser" initiative Saturday, Oct. 7 from 10 a.m.-1 p.m.

WPD volunteers will collect non-perishable food items to benefit residents served through the Westerville Area Resource Ministry (WARM).

 

Volunteer groups will collect donations at the following locations:

  1. Marc's (111 Huber Village Blvd.)
  2. Walmart (50 E. Schrock Rd.)
  3. Kroger (55 W. Schrock Rd.)
