On Saturday, Oct. 27 from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m., the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) is hosting National Prescription Drug Take Back Day. This event provides a convenient and safe way for residents to dispose of prescription medications.
The Westerville Division of Police (WPD) will be on-hand at Walgreens, located at 748 N. State St., accepting drop-offs and the Franklin County Sheriff's Office will be at Kroger, located at 55 W. Schrock Rd. Find other Central Ohio drop-off locations.
Additionally, unwanted prescription medications can always be dropped off at the Westerville Division of Police Lobby, 29 S. State St., in the marked drop-off receptacle.
